Dr. Ali Roshanghias

Dr. Ali Roshanghias received his Ph.D. in materials science and technology in 2012. Afterward, he pursued his career as a post-doc researcher at Nagaoka University of Technology (Japan) and Vienna University (Austria) in the field of electronic materials and advanced packaging. Since 2015, as a material expert in heterogeneous integration technologies and electronic packaging, he joined the CTR Carinthian Tech Research. He was recently involved as the project manager and the key-researcher in several projects in the field of hybrid packaging in which the implementation of additive manufacturing (inkjet printing/3D printing) to electronic packaging was introduced. He was the session chair of IDTechex printed electronics conference and has more than 40 publications.
