Bio

Deepan Kumar Neethipathi has joined as a Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher under Bendable Electronics and Sensing Technologies (BEST) group at the University of Glasgow. In February 2020, he received his master’s degree in Energy Science and Engineering from Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), South Korea. He was working in sensors particularly Organic photodetectors and NOx detectors while using polymer-based organic semiconductors. He also has a collaborative experience in operating Synchrotron – 9A Beamline at the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory (PAL) for grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXD) analysis to study the crystalline orientation of semiconducting polymers. Previously, He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Anna University, India.
